1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Unite Trading Academy Pvt Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About our service — education only

Unite Trading Academy Pvt Ltd is an education and training company. We provide courses, workshops, mentorship and learning materials to help you understand how financial markets work. We do not provide investment advice, buy/sell recommendations, tips, calls, signals, research reports or portfolio management, and nothing we provide should be treated as a solicitation to trade or invest. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our services. By enrolling, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts and enrolment

To access certain courses or communities, you may need to register and provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may refuse, suspend or cancel enrolment at our discretion where these Terms are breached.

5. Payment and pricing

Fees for our courses and services are stated at the point of purchase and are payable in full before access is granted, unless otherwise agreed. Prices are in Indian Rupees; applicable GST is charged in addition unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay; EMI / instalment options may be available at checkout. We reserve the right to change our prices and offerings at any time, though changes will not affect enrolments already completed.

6. Course access and licence

Upon successful payment, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the course content for your own individual learning. You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, rent or transfer your access to any other person;
• Copy, record, download (except where expressly permitted), reproduce or redistribute the content;
• Post, stream or upload our materials to any public or private platform;
• Engage in or facilitate any form of piracy or unauthorised distribution of our content.

Violation of this licence may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may attract legal action.

7. Intellectual property

All content, including course videos, notes, presentations, text, graphics, logos, trademarks and the "Unite Trading Academy" brand, is the property of Unite Trading Academy Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited licence described above.

8. User conduct

You agree to use our services and communities lawfully and respectfully. You will not harass other members, post unlawful, defamatory or misleading content, share prohibited tips or "calls", attempt to disrupt our systems, or use our services for any purpose that is fraudulent or harmful. We may remove content and remove or suspend members who breach these standards.

9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Our services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the content will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unite Trading Academy Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees and associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.

10. No guarantee of results and market risk

We make no promise or guarantee of profits, income or any specific outcome from our courses or mentorship. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. Any decisions you make in the markets are your own responsibility. Please review our Disclaimer.

11. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund / Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without refund, if you breach these Terms, misuse our content, or engage in conduct that harms us or other members. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
